There’s a treasure in heaven faithfully kept in God’s care

Bridges beyond measure silver and gold can’t compare

Saints will be there to join us in a joyful reunion we’ll see

Down through the ages while gathering wealth

Souls of good men have been stained

Wasting their lives chasing diamonds and pearls

Building great fortunes and fame

But every worldly possession will pale

Next to the home God’s prepared

While down here the diamonds are turning to dust
